About this publication
The South Tyneside Tenancy Strategy and Policy sets out our approach and policy position on the use of various types of tenancies in the borough.
It also sets out the council's view on the use of the affordable rent product in the borough.
The five year strategy will cover the period up to 2028 / 2029.
