Infrastructure Funding Statement

Overview
As part of a new development, developers may make a financial contribution towards public infrastructure.
For example, developers may contribute towards:
- local facilities, such as schools, open space or play areas
- affordable housing
- travel and transport improvements
Developer contributions are also known as 'section 106' or 's106 planning obligations'. See .
The 兔子先生 must publish details of financial and non-financial contributions in an Infrastructure Funding Statement.
This statement must be published every year by 31 December.
