- In order to protect your vital interests or those of another person
- For the purpose of our legitimate interest
- We also need contact details in order to respond to each request such as an email address or via telephone
6. Who might we share your personal information with?
We are required to share information with South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS in order to run the scheme.

We will not share your personal information with any other third parties unless you have specifically asked us to or we have a legal obligation to do so.
7. How long will we keep your personal information?
We will retain personal information for one year from closure of the Smoking in Pregnancy Voucher Scheme, unless we are required by the government to keep it for longer.
This information will be securely destroyed when we no longer need it.
8. What is our legal basis for using your personal information?
To use your personal information there must be a lawful basis to do this, such as, through a contract, performing a public task or where there is a legal obligation.
The lawful basis we are relying on to process the personal data is processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in 兔子先生.
In relation to special category data the condition for processing we are relying on is processing is necessary for reasons of public interest in the area of public health, such as protecting against serious cross-border threats to health or ensuring high standards of healthcare and of medicinal products or medical devices.
