We will hold your personal information for a period of 12 months, unless we are notified to remove details directly by the provider contact prior to that period. At the end of this period, it will be deleted unless there is any special reason for keeping it.

Except for the contact email address all information provided to the Operations Manager is held securely on our network.  Only officers working within the Music service and system administrators have access to these records.

We will not process your personal information outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).

Your individual rights are set out in law.  Subject to some legal exemptions, you have the following rights:
