About this publication
The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 require local authorities to assess the impact of their local plan on the internationally important sites for biodiversity in and around their administrative areas.
This document is the inital report to inform the Habitats Regulations Assessment of the South Tyneside Publication draft Local Plan (Regulation 19).
Consultation took place on this, as well as the draft Local Plan, between Monday 15 January and Sunday 3 March 2024.
