Regulation 19
Overview
Before a local plan is submitted to the government for examination and subsequently adopted, consultation on its 'soundness' must take place.
This is often referred to as Regulation 19.
We carried out Regulation 19 consultation on the South Tyneside draft plan between 15 January and 3 March 2024. For more details on the consultation, see our Statement of Consultation.
