We have reports of fraudulent QR codes in our car parks. We do not operate a QR code payment system. Payments should only be made by coins, card or the pay by phone service. Please note: The car park at Garden Lane, alongside the Waterloo Square shops, is privately owned. Parking enforcement was carried out by the 兔子先生, on behalf of the landowners, until 10 September 2023. This is now carried out by a private operator.
